3. Working Principle

- Directional Solidification in Crystallizer: Molten metal flows downwards into the water-cooled precision crystallizer under gravity, layered cooling forms dense, low-porosity solid profiles with stable dimensional accuracy.
- Servo Synchronized Drawing Forming: Servo traction unit pulls the solidified metal blank downward at adjustable constant speed, matching cooling speed perfectly to realize uninterrupted one-step continuous casting.
