SSM-MAPL100 is a heavy-duty vacuum atomizing powder production line designed for industrial mass manufacturing of precious metal powder, supporting adjustable fineness from 10 mesh to 200 mesh. It adopts fully sealed vacuum + argon inert gas shielding system to block air contact, effectively preventing gold, silver and copper from oxidation and volatile loss during melting and atomization.
With a maximum 200kg single-batch gold melting capacity and total 220KW high matching power, this large unit meets high-volume continuous production demands for powder metallurgy, jewelry raw material processing and electronic component factories. Equipped with German imported atomization plate, it delivers stable, uniform spherical metal powder with controllable particle size.

Working Flow
- Load gold, silver or copper raw materials into the large crucible, close and seal the whole chamber for vacuum pumping.
- Fill argon shielding gas into sealed space, heat metal to molten state under max 1500°C constant temperature control.
- High-pressure system outputs stable 30KPa pressure; high-speed fluid impacts molten metal stream to split into tiny uniform liquid droplets.
- Droplets rapidly cool and solidify into spherical metal powder, then fall into collection bin for screening and packaging.
