2. Working Principle

1. Precious metal raw materials are loaded into the sealed melting chamber. The integrated vacuum pump evacuates air from the cavity, and high-purity inert gas is filled to fully isolate oxygen and prevent high-temperature oxidation and discoloration.
2. The 15KW high-frequency induction heating system rapidly raises the material temperature up to a maximum of 1500℃, with temperature accuracy controlled at ±1℃ to ensure complete and uniform melting of the metal.
3. Molten precious metal flows downward through a precision diversion nozzle, forming consistent liquid droplets. These droplets are rapidly cooled and solidified into regular spherical or oval metal granules inside the closed inert gas environment.
4. Once the granulation cycle finishes, finished granules can be discharged directly through the bottom valve. The final products are suitable for alloy proportioning, precious metal recycling, electroplating anodes and laboratory research applications.                              3.
