Product Overview
The 100kg Precious Metals Granulating System is a heavy-duty mass-production pellet-making equipment independently developed by Sansongmelt, specially built for large precious metal refineries, big jewelry raw material factories and investment bullion manufacturers. Different from small and medium-sized granulators, this machine supports a maximum single melting capacity of 100kg gold equivalent, greatly cutting repeated feeding and melting cycles to maximize daily output.
It is equipped with a 60kW medium-frequency induction heating module, ±1℃ precise temperature control system and full water-cooled heating chamber & cover as standard configuration. Clients can choose optional argon inert gas protection device to reduce precious metal oxidation and extend crucible service life. Adopting proven German granulation technology and imported core electric & pneumatic components, this granulator runs stably for long-hour continuous production, perfectly processing gold, silver, copper and all kinds of precious metal alloys to produce smooth, uniform round metal pellets for jewelry casting and bullion manufacturing.

Working Principle
- Raw Material Feeding & Induction Melting
Put bulk gold, silver, copper or alloy scraps into the melting crucible. The built-in 60kW high-power induction heater rapidly heats and melts all raw materials, while the ±1℃ closed-loop PID temperature controller keeps stable melting temperature within the whole chamber.
- Optional Argon Anti-Oxidation Protection
If the argon protection function is enabled, inert argon gas fills the sealed heating chamber to isolate air oxygen, preventing molten precious metal from oxidation and dark discoloration, which also slows down crucible wear.
- Water-Cooled Pellet Forming Process
The fully melted, evenly fluid metal liquid flows through precision casting nozzles, dripping into the matched independent circulating water cooling tank. High-temperature metal droplets instantly cool and solidify into smooth spherical precious metal pellets.
- Finished Pellet Collection
After the full granulation cycle completes, users can collect qualified gold, silver or alloy pellets directly for subsequent jewelry lost-wax casting or precious metal recasting procedures.
