1. Product Overview
Our 50kg Vacuum Granulator with Stirring Mixer is a premium fully automatic precious metal pellet production machine engineered by Sansongmelt for medium-to-large jewelry manufacturers, precious metal refineries, and bullion production factories. Different from ordinary atmospheric granulators, this model combines a sealed high-vacuum chamber and a built-in adjustable stirring mixer as its core dual advantages. It can produce flawless, uniformly spherical pellets from gold, silver, platinum, copper and all kinds of precious metal alloys. Equipped with a 60kW high-frequency induction heating system, it handles a maximum 50kg gold equivalent per melting batch, cutting repeated melting cycles and boosting daily production output greatly. The optional argon inert gas protection system further minimizes metal oxidation loss and extends crucible service life, which brings remarkable raw material cost savings for mass-production workshops.
2. Working Principle
- Charging & Induction Melting: Put precious metal raw materials into the crucible. The 60kW high-power induction heater rapidly melts all raw materials, while the ±1℃ precise PID temperature controller maintains a stable melting temperature.
- Full-process Stirring Homogenization: The built-in electric stirring mixer runs throughout the melting phase, evenly blending molten alloys to eliminate metal segregation and crush tiny air bubbles inside the liquid metal.
- High-Vacuum Deoxidation: The fully sealed chamber pumps out air to form a vacuum environment, isolating molten metal from oxygen and preventing dark oxidation spots on finished metal pellets.
- Water-cooled Pellet Forming: Under stable pressure, homogenized molten metal drips through precision nozzles and falls into the independent circulating water cooling tank, instantly solidifying into smooth, round precious metal beads.
- Automatic Cycle Completion: After granulation finishes, users can directly collect finished gold/silver pellets for subsequent jewelry casting or bullion processing.
