The SSM-GB1 automatic vacuum ingot casting machine is a professional precision casting device specially developed for the precious metal industry. It operates under high vacuum environment of 10⁻²~10⁻³ mbar, equipped with optional argon or nitrogen inert gas protection to completely isolate air and oxygen. This equipment effectively eliminates oxidation, surface ripples and internal pores of molten metals, producing mirror-grade ingots that meet LBMA trading standards.
Adopting electromagnetic induction heating and full PLC automatic control, the machine features compact structure, stable performance and easy operation. 2. Working Principle
This machine adopts vacuum induction melting and pressure casting technology.
